Book Review: Bob Ross “To Busy Painting To Cookbook” Yes, that Bob Ross. Happy little trees Bob Ross. First let’s get one thing straight. Bob Ross is International. Judging solely by the cover, it is clear that his dishes are all about plate presentation. This is natural, because as the title reminds us: the man’s a painter first and foremost. Must be tough to squeeze in much of a kitchen into that studio because apparently he’s eating these happy little appetizers next to spilled paint. Spilled Bob Ross International paint.
